Major elements of model KPZ-5A Shotcrete Machine includes the driving device, rotor assembly, air system, spraying system.

A.Driving device

Sealed oil-immersed reducer with three-stage gear transmission is mounted on the base of machine. Total transmission ratio is about 87, transmission efficiency is about 92%. Air motor is vertically mounted on the reducer, in parallel with rotating axis.

B.Rotor assembly

This machine employs through anti-stick rotor with 10L in capacity and 10 mixture chambers. Each chamber is lined inside with anti-stick material, which improves machine’s capability in handling wet mixture and simplifies the cleaning and maintenance.

Steel liner plate: At each side of the rotor is a steel liner plate made of the advanced alloy tool steel with the quenching hardness for HRC60-64, which is conducive to longer service life.

Rubber sealing plate: Next to the upper and lower steel liner plate are the sealing plates made of special rubber pressurized on the skeleton board, with well wear resistance and sealing performance.

Four-spot fastening device: The long cylindrical rubber gasket is used as the elastic fastening device. The four long bolts are allocated unevenly to ensure the reasonable pressure distribution on rubber sealing plates. Even when the sealing plate is worn, the elastic force of the cylinder-shaped rubber gasket can keep a sound fastening on the steel liner plate, which can improve the sealing performance, reduce dust and prevent over-worn of the rubber plate caused by over-fastening. The advantage of this device is that the fastening points are located on the maximal pressure zone with symmetric distribution and excellent sealability. The hopper base and the limit base are jointed with hinge, which is convenient to replace vulnerable parts.
